All orders will be shipped out after our normal processing times (3-5 business days handling time for jewelry and 5-7 business days handling time for watches). In order to ensure a secure transaction, some card payments may be subject to further verification. In case additional verification is needed on your order, our team will reach out to you within 1-2 business days requesting a copy of your photo ID and the card used to place the order. This process takes 24-48 hours from when the documents are provided and exclusive from handling/processing time.

Yes, we provide a variety of payment options, including Shop Pay, Affirm, After Pay, and the Diamond World Credit Card from Synchrony. Acima Leasing, Snap Leasing, and Progressive Leasing also provide no-credit financing.

Diamond World offers a very easy & flexible layaway plan. The down payment required is 10% or $50 whichever comes first, with equal monthly payments and up to 10 months to pay the item off.
