Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Diamond World. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
• Jewelry must be unworn and in its original packaging.
• Customized or final sale items are not eligible for return.
To start a return, please contact us at support@theriejewelry.com with your order number. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted. Please ensure that your returned items are insured for the full purchase price and include a tracking number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at diamondworldga@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.
Manufacturer Defects
If your item has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for a possible replacement or repair. Customer negligence is not covered by this policy. Diamonds over 0.10ct are excluded from this warranty. We are not responsible for incidental damage, and repairs will be handled at our discretion.
In-Store Return & Exchnge Policy
The In-Store Return Policy differs from the online return policy. Please refer to our In-Store Policy for purchases made in-store.
Items Not Eligible for Return

Items purchased through Kafene, Acima leasing, American First Finance Progressive, or Snap are not eligible for return once delivered. For returns, please contact the finance company directly.
