Shipping Information

We offer several shipping options at checkout to fit your needs:

  • Free Shipping on orders over $99 (First Class Shipping) – Arrives in 3-7 business days

  • Free 2nd Day Shipping all order over $299  – Arrives in 2 business days

  • Order Under $99.00 for $7.99 – Arrives in 3-4 business days

Processing & Handling

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). The estimated processing time is 2 business days (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST). We use UPS, Fedex or USPS for shipping, and all packages are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery order over $300, at no extra cost. The signature requirement cannot be removed for security reasons.

Important Notes:

  • Weekends do not count towards business days. We do not ship on weekends.

  • Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages: Once an order is shipped, Diamond World is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If your package is held at a UPS center, a $25 rerouting fee will apply.

  • If your package is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, we will be happy to reship it at your expense.

Tracking & Updates

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number to monitor your package.
