Refund, Exchange & Shipping Policy

Returns & Exchanges
At Diamond World, we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. This policy applies to items priced over $300, excluding tax and shipping fees. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unworn, and unused condition without any scratches, marks or blemishes and in its original packaging. Items must not have been customized, sized or adjusted in length on special requests by us or by a local jeweler. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, we are not responsible for shipping packaging or shipping costs incurred when returning items. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

To Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at diamondworldga@gmail.com. If your return request is approved, you will need to purchase a return shipping label, which we will provide. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted. Please ensure that your returned items are insured for the full purchase price and include a tracking number.

Manufacturer Defects
If your item has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for a possible replacement or repair. Customer negligence is not covered by this policy. Diamonds over 0.10ct are excluded from this warranty. We are not responsible for incidental damage, and repairs will be handled at our discretion.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Items purchased through American First Finance, Acima leasing, Progressive, or Snap are not eligible for return once delivered. For returns, please contact the finance company directly.

• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

• The In-Store Return Policy differs from the online return policy. Please refer to our In-Store Policy for purchases made in-store.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at diamondworldga@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), with an approximate processing time of 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST). We use UPS or USPS for shipping, and all packages are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery, at no extra cost. The signature requirement cannot be removed for security reasons.

Once shipped, Diamond World is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If your package is held at a UPS center, there is a $25 rerouting fee charged by UPS. If your package is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, we can reship it at your expense.

Memory Pendants
For memory pendants, please inspect the item upon arrival. If the photo falls out within 3 days, we will replace it at no charge. After 3 days, any damage will be considered normal wear, and there will be a fee to replace the photo.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Watch Purchases
Watches must be returned within 3 days of delivery. They must be unused, with tags, and in original condition, including all packaging and certificates. Returns without tags or documentation will be rejected. Damaged watches, those exposed to water, or those showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

Refunds Policy update
Effective Jan 1, 2025, if you request a refund to the original payment method, a 20% restocking/credit processing fee will apply. This fee can be avoided by choosing to exchange the item or opting for store credit. Store credit never expires and can be used for any future purchases on our website or in-store.

Additional Terms
Diamond World reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the specified requirements and may apply deductions to the refund amount.
